Grah...well, the site's been pretty empty lately, but I thought I'd give putting up one my ideas a shot! Here's hoping someone's interested!

Note: Okay, this is an idea that's been tossing and turning in my brain for quite some time now. I thought it'd be a nice way to start off my time here. Oh...and also now that I don't consider myself very good at writing plots, so...forgive me if this doesn't make much sense, alright? Just ask questions if you're interested, but still a bit lost~ Here goes! ~Plot~
During the late 19th century, humans and vampires had begun to finally act civil to one another. The two species worked together, formed tight friendships, and even married one another. Of course, there was always some sort of bad blood underneath the sugary sweet surface, but that was to be expected. As such, the formed bods also managed to conjure up a curious and intriguing concept to the humans:
Immortality.
However, the thought merely brushed the minds of most humans with the small organizations of scientist being and exception. One group, obsessed with the idea of living basically forever like the vampires, decided to use a live human to test their research on.
Angela Malex, a young woman of only 19 was chosen to be their specimen. She was a peasant, who's family had abandoned her long ago, so it didn't take much to bribe the gullible girl. They ran experiment after experiment on her, but always came up with the same result, absolutely nothing. All hope seemed lost. Their ideas had all been used up, and their specimen, Angela, seemed to be at her limit physically. Just when they were about to give up hope, one scientist brought the idea of injecting vampire's blood into the girl to their attention. Desperate now, the group did just that...but weren't expecting the side effects that would arise from it.
They observed her as time passed, and noted the changes: her long brown locks gradually turned to a shade of bone chilling white; at times her pale blue eyes would spontaneously shift to a piercing blood red; her canines lengthened very slightly to about half the size of a vampires; and, though her skin looked as delicate and soft as any other female human's, it was virtually impossible to cut or break through. On top of all of this, she seemed unable to die, and her growth had completely stopped. The scientists were overjoyed, believing that they had finally made a significant milestone in their research.
That is...they thought this until they realized that the girl could only survive by consuming the blood of a vampire daily.
After discovering this after a rather horrific incident, they kicked Angela out into the streets, and shut the project up for good. Heartbroken, she began venturing the world, hiding in the shadows.
Year 3000, a new millenium has come and the relations between humans and vampires are tighter than ever. Though, with this new millenium comes a new problem: rogue vampires. Vampires who either despise humans or those who have become obsessed with feeding off of them roam behind the scenes, waiting for their next victim to turn the corner. To fight this growing predicament, groups of vampire Hungers have been brought together, trained especially to bring these criminals in.
Enter Angela, who lived through the centuries in the darkness, has now decided to walk back into the world. She goes by the alias of Halo and is probably one of the most formidable and well-known Hunters in the world. About ten years before, the government had predicted the problem of rogue vampires happening, and began assembling people who desired to become Hunters as a precaution. Seeing this as a chance to be able to quench her thirst with a clean conscience for once, she immediately signed up and began training herself vigorously. At the start of the new millennium, virtually everyone associated with the capture of rogue vampires knew her name. So, while keeping her true identity and abnormal past a secret, she lives her immortal life serving the world her way.

Name: Angela Malex (Alias: Halo)
At first glance, Angela could almost instantly be labeled as cold. After living for centuries now, pretty much any hint of warmth of affection had dried up and drifted away in the wind. She works for herself and no one else. As long as she can get a bit of vampire's blood in her system and receive her pay in the process, she really doesn't care about what goes on around her.
Her tone is brisk and straightforward all of the time, and refuses to turn down her harsh button even if the person is a little kid. However, she isn't completely cold hearted. If someone were to ask for her help, she would always lend a helping hand no matter what.
Even though she had that frigid surface, Angela actually can't stand herself. She thinks of herself as an abomination, who's existence should be hidden to the world for all eternity. Because of this, she makes a huge effort to hide the obvious abnormalities about herself, such as hiding her shifting eyes with a pair of dark shades. If someone were to discover what she was, she would kill them without hesitation.
Ending Note: M'kay, I hope this was enough info. Oh, and as its stated in the topic name, this is a One on One RP, alright? I need someone to play a male character in this...that's right, I'm in a romance mood. You can be a rogue vampire, a fellow Hunter, or pretty much anything you want. Be creative! I'm also a HUGE multi-paragraph person, so no one-liners allowed! Alright! I think I'm done being picky.

Here is another list from Lunar and I. We're not quite done, but we found a lot of interesting sounding stories. Again, we have not read them all.
Harry is confronted by a Malfoy that has more than revenge in his mind. After luring Harry into the Forbidden Forest, Malfoy surprises him into a fight. However, the weather begins to worsen, their encounter takes an unexpected turn, and Harry makes a shocking discovery about his nemesis that could alter his feelings towards Malfoy forever.
Following an accident in his seventh year, Draco loses his eyesight. At first he completely withdraws, avoiding any hint of pity, as well as any assistance; he is determined to succeed on his own. But after Harry elbows his way into Draco's dark world, both boys find themselves in a strange new friendship, and they each learn new ways to see each other ... and themselves.

Harry's married, abused, and raped by his spouse and when he bumps into Severus and he finds out. Harry and his two children's fate come to rest in Sev's hands, no matter what Harry does. Eventual HarrySnape/Snarry. This means malexmale, yaoi, or slash!

I have read a lot of this story a while back when Lunar and I first made this list. For some reason or another I stopped reading it and never remembered to. But from what I did read, I really liked this story a lot. It seemed very creative and all the characters seemed very original and had cool personalities. It's not the best thing in the world, but I think it far deserves a chance. I will reread it at one point when I am back in the yuri mood.

Nicki fumed where she stood. How could she of all people been put on tills. She growled as the annoying customer in front of her. He was a big man complaining about his food being cold. She had told him calmy that it wasn't but he wouldn't leave.
The stupid new assistant manager had put her on tills. What an idiot. Everyone in Burger Queen knew not to let Nicki anywhere near the customers. She growled again trhough gritted teeth. It was amazing to see her from not biting this guys head off as soon as he had spoken to her. But she was losing it, and quickly.
"Will you shut the fuck up! I don't care about your burger or that it's supposedly cold. It's not. So get out of my face you fat blob. I don't care. You can do die in a hole for all I care. I can't believe you complaining about a cold burger. You should be complaining to your parents for giving birth to such an annoying idiot. Geez," she shouted at the man.
The assistant manager stormed up to her and started shouting at her for being so rude to customers.
"Yeah well it's your fault for putting me here. I don't serve customers. Tom knows that. I don't do well with customers."

An hour later she was being escorted to see a psychologist. She grumbled and screamed the whole way. The assistant manager dragged her by the arm and held her tightly by the arm while they rode the elvator up. She fumed and growled loudly to show how much she hated this idea. "I'm not going to talk. This is pointless. I don't need a shrink," she said as they walked through a pair of double doors. She was pulled up to the reception and Nicki frowned as she passed a face she thought she knew but couldn't place where.
"I'm here to set up an appointment for Miss Alexander. She's in need of Anger Management," said Robbie the Assistant Manager to the receptionist. "The sooner the better." Nicki rolled her eyes and crossed her arms tightly.

Kalida paused in her work as she turned to look at Zelia again - the girl sounded so sad and lonely. Maybe Zelia would like it in Kalida's own kingdom. Although she wasn't too certain whether her father would greet a stranger kindly. Especially if Zelia was speaking as if she had never had schooling of any kind, the King would just toss her from his sight without a second thought.
Frowning a bit, Kalida turned her attention back to what she was doing. She had to make sure that this wouldn't come undone as they were trying to climb down - if it did, it wouldn't be very pleasant.
Part of her wanted to bring Zelia with her until she could find the other girl a safe place to live. Surely Zelia could get a small job in some tavern or some such thing and could make a nice life in a new village. However that almost seemed cruel.
Hearing Zelia state that she was ready made Kalida come out of her own thoughts, and she turned to give the other girl a smile as she dragged the fastened braid out through the window. Now was the true test - was the makeshift rope long enough?
Looking out the window, it didn't hit the ground, but was long enough that it would be safe to just jump to the ground from the end of the hair.
"Seems good." Kalida said, nodding before moving away from the window. "I'll go first. You're smaller then me, so if it supports my weight, you should be fine."
Pausing slighting, Kalida put on a sheepish grin. "If it doesn't, well... I guess then you might have to wait for someone else to come along to save you, as I don't think I would be able to do anything to help seeing as I would be sort of dead."
Realizing she was rambling away like a foolish jester, Kalida stopped and gave another small nod before grabbing ahold of the makeshift rope. "Alright well, wish me luck." She took a deep breath to calm herself down before holding on to the rope and moving out of the window, her feet braced up against the stone wall.
She closed her eyes for the first few seconds, both expecting and dreading to feel herself rushing towards the ground for a very quick death. After feeling herself staying put, Kalida cautiously opened her eyes. She was still braced up against the wall and the hair-rope was still holding her up. With this knowledge, she cautiously started making her way down the wall. Part of her felt that the worst of this was over, but another part felt that at any moment, the rope could give way.
She prayed a bit to whichever gods would listen, even though she had never been too religious before. Kalida hadn't noticed she was getting to the end of the makeshift rope until she noticed she could not go any further down without jumping.
Hopping down was the easiest part of the whole ordeal, and she was never more thankful to feel firm ground under her feet.
"It worked!" She yelled up to Zelia, laughing a bit at the strangeness of it all. "Come on, you can do it. Just work slowly and hold on tightly to the rope. You will be fine."
If it came down to the worst happened, Kalida was hoping make she would be able to catch the other girl or something. Hopefully though, it wouldn't be necessary.

Hehe I am glad you decided to give the site a try. All attempts in trying to get more members has failed a bit recently, but am constantly looking for ways to improve the activity.
No worries about writers block We all have the same problem at some point!
Ahhh, well, here I am lol. After scanning the site, I realized that there haven't been that many people on here lately. Despite that, I decided to give it a shout, in hopes of meeting someone.
Anyway, I haven't done Yuri/ shoujo-ai rping for very long, but I'm pretty open for anything. I love detailed stories in an rp, but more from creating the plot as I go more than anything else. Though, I do have the tendency to get random writer's block and go a bit idle for awhile...heh, lost 10 points from that, huh?
Anyway, if you're up for an rp, just give me a holler~

Unlike some people when they had their long hair cut, Zelia did not frown or cry. To her it was an every day thing, though Kalida would have no idea about that. At least not yet. She grinned at the other girl, sharing a mysterious look when the other mentioned that she thought she was crazy for growing her hair so long. She took the magic clippers back from Kalida and put them inside a satchel.
"Yes. I..." She paused and licked her lips, before continuing, trying to sound "normal." She wanted to sound like Kalida, but she couldn't. "Ex..cited," She agreed. She may have been able to read the larger words, but they were harder for her to say out loud.
"To go?" She tilted her head to the side. Her temporary short hair blew around her head as the wind came inside the tower. "This land..." She pointed outside the window to show Kalida what she was trying to say. The land was dried up, and mostly dead. Her evil step mother lived in luxury, while the kingdom died, people starved. Though for all Zelia knew, her step mother could have croaked too.
"I have... no-body."
Zelia walked around her room, grabbing the items she wanted to keep; the items she treasured. She grabbed all of her old makeup, and some of her favorite books. They all went inside her satchel. The bag had a magic spell cast on it so that it would never rip and could hold whatever Zelia needed it to hold. It would always be lightweight as well.
"I ready." Zelia walked back over to Kalida and smiled at her.
